We offer a free email newsletter and interview alert service. By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from 535 at the address you provide.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. We will not share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the newsletter at any time without notice.

Advertising and sponsorship arrangements are governed by separate written agreements between 535 LLC and the advertiser or sponsor. These Terms of Service do not alter or supersede those agreements.

Advertising content is clearly distinguished from editorial content. 535 maintains full editorial independence from its advertising and sponsorship partners.

Some of our content, including interview videos, may be hosted on or embedded from third-party platforms such as YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

The content on 535 is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content on the Site.

535 is a news and information platform. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, political, or professional advice.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 535 LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 535 LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
